Big Mood Apps ("we", "us") runs BMA Analytics, an internal analytics dashboard that shows how videos posted by our team and the creators we work with perform on TikTok and Instagram. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Only when you choose to connect an account, and only what TikTok or Instagram shares with us through their official APIs:
We do not collect: your password, private messages, the text or authors of comments, private or deleted posts, payment details, or audience demographics.
To show view, like, comment and share totals and trends, to see who is posting and when, and to send internal notices (for example "no post in 3 days") to our team. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Team members at Big Mood Apps who have a login. Summaries (account names, counts and short caption excerpts) may be posted to our private team Slack channel. Our hosting provider stores the data for us on our behalf and may not use it for other purposes. We disclose data if the law requires it.

All connections use HTTPS. Access to the dashboard requires an individual login, and login tokens are only kept on our server. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it.
You can disconnect at any time from your personal connect page, from your TikTok or Instagram app settings (Security / Apps and websites), or by emailing us. You can also ask what we hold about you.
This service is not for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
