You can have everything BMA Analytics stores about your accounts deleted at any time. There are three ways:
Open the connect link we sent you and press Disconnect & delete data next to the account. The data is deleted immediately.
This stops all future updates. To also have stored history deleted, use option 1 or option 3.
Write to admin@bigmoodapps.com from the address you used with us, naming your TikTok or Instagram username. We will delete the data and reply to confirm within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Deleted data covers your profile details, posts, view/like/comment/share history and login token. Any backups are overwritten within 30 days.
